Support

How to Access the Support / Icon with Text Section

  1. Go to Admin → Online Store → Themes
  2. Click Customize on your active theme
  3. Open the required Template
  4. Search for and select the Support section
  5. Click Add block to create new support cards
  6. Inside each Icon card, you can add:
    • Icon
    • Title
    • Rich text

This section is useful for displaying:

Customer support information

Store address

Phone numbers

Email addresses

Opening hours

SettingsDescription
WidthChoose the container width for the Support section. Available options include Page width and Full width.
GapAdjust the spacing between support cards and content blocks.
Color SchemeSelect a predefined color scheme that matches your store branding and layout design.
Item ShowControl how many support cards are displayed per row on different devices.
Desktop ItemsSelect the number of cards displayed on desktop devices. Available options may include 2, 3, 4, or 5 items per row.
Tablet ItemsSelect the number of cards displayed on tablet devices.
Mobile ItemsSelect the number of cards displayed on mobile devices.
Padding TopAdd top spacing for the section separately for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices.
Padding BottomAdd bottom spacing for the section separately for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices.
Add BlockAdd multiple support or information cards dynamically inside the section.
Icon CardCreate an information card with an icon, title, and supporting text content.
Icon BlockAdd an icon to visually represent the support information such as location, phone, email, or timing.
Title BlockAdd the main heading or label for the support card. Example: Our Address, Phone Number, or Opening Hours.
Rich Text BlockAdd detailed support information, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or custom descriptive content.
Responsive LayoutThe Support section automatically adjusts card layout for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Custom CSSAdd custom CSS styles to further customize the appearance and spacing of the Support section.
