Troubleshooting
Shipping bar not updating? Confirm your Threshold amount matches your store’s currency — the bar calculates progress based on that value directly.
Upsell products not showing? If “Use Recommendations API” is enabled, Shopify may override your manual product selections — disable it to force your chosen products to display.
Gift wrap option missing from cart? Confirm a gift wrap product is selected and published in the Product field — the toggle alone won’t display anything without a linked product.
Changes not showing on your store? Make sure you’re editing the theme currently published as your live theme, not a draft or duplicate.
