Fourteen day window

If a theme does not do what this site says it does, tell us within fourteen days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No form to fill in.

Let us try to fix it first

Most refund requests are an installation problem or a Shopify setting rather than a fault in the theme. Send us your store URL and we will look before you decide.

What we cannot refund

Purchases made by mistake after the file has been downloaded and installed on a live store, and custom development work already delivered.
