Heading Block

Overview

The Heading block adds a title to any section, such as Rich text, Group, Section heading or a slide. You can highlight chosen words, choose the heading level for search engines, and control the font, size, color, spacing and entrance animation. The same Heading block is used across the whole theme, so these settings work the same everywhere.

How to use

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
  2. Open the page and select the section where you want the heading, for example Rich text.
  3. Click Add block → Heading, or select an existing Heading block.
  4. Type your heading in the Text field. To highlight words, wrap them in square brackets, like Our [Story], then pick a Highlight style.
  5. Choose the Level (H1–H6 or Paragraph) for the page outline and search engines.
  6. Under Typography, pick a Preset, or choose Custom to set the font size, font, weight, line height and letter spacing yourself.
  7. Choose a Color, then set the Width, Alignment and Padding under Layout.
  8. Optionally, choose an entrance Animation.
  9. Click Save.
