How to Access the Modal Section
Go to Admin → Online Store → Themes
Click Customize on your active theme
Open the page template where you want to customize
Find and select the Modal section
From here, you can customize:
- Modal popup content
- Promotional image
- Heading and description
- Countdown timer
- Button settings
- Popup design
- Colors and spacing
The Modal section allows you to display promotional popups, discount offers, announcements, or campaign messages. You can add images, text, countdown timers, and call-to-action buttons to increase customer engagement and conversions.
Modal Section Settings

Countdown Timer Block Settings
| Settings | Description |

| Title | Add countdown heading text such as offer information or campaign message. |
| Offer Date | Set the countdown end date and time. |
| Inherit Color Scheme | Use the parent section color scheme automatically. |
| Color Scheme | Select a predefined color scheme for the countdown timer design. |
| Padding | Adjust spacing around the countdown timer content using Top, Bottom, Left, and Right controls. |
